Subscriptions

When you purchase an ORA subscription, you will receive repeat deliveries based on the delivery frequency you select.

Your payment method will be stored securely by Shopify and automatically charged for each scheduled delivery until you cancel your subscription.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time with no cancellation fee and no minimum commitment.

Cancellation stops future subscription renewals, billing and deliveries.

If an order has already been processed or charged before you cancel your subscription, that order is treated separately and is subject to our Return and Refund Policy.

You can manage, pause, skip or cancel your subscription through your customer account by selecting Subscriptions.

You can also access your subscription management page through the Manage your subscription link provided after purchase and on applicable order pages.
